The tender will be recieved up to 11:00 Hrs on 06-06-2012 and will be opened soon thereafter on the same day at Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala in the
Office.
Tender forms can be downloaded from
this website and also can be obtained from RECEPTION COUNTER/Admin Building RCF or from the Concerned Department on any working day from 10:00 Hrs to 15:00 Hrs (10:00 Hrs to 12:30 Hrs on Saturday) w.e.f 22-05-2012 to 05-06-2012 by depositing tender cost as mentioned above. The earnest money is to be deposited in cash or in deposit reciepts, demand drafts, pay orders any of the Nationalised Banks in favour of FA&CAO/RCF payable at Hussinpur, Kapurthala.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (a) The Tenderers should have successfully completed in the last three financial years(i.e. current year and three previous financial years) at least one similar work for minimum value of 35% of advertised tender value. (b) The tenderer should have recieved a minimum contract amount of 150% of contractual value during the last three financial years and in the current financial year and a Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by Chartered Accountant for the financial years ended and/or the current financial year. If audited Balance Sheet is not available,contractual amount received duly certified by the Chartered Accountant should be submitted as a proof of turn over. Alternatively at least payment certificates from central Govt./Central PSU's /State PSU's and other Government agencies for a minimum of 150% of advertised tender value may be submitted.
